“Ask the DNR” Airs Thursday on TV13

Michigan Department of Natural Resources staff will appear live Thursday night, December 7 on the call-in question program “Ask the DNR” broadcast on Public Television from WNMU - TV13 in Marquette.

The hour-long program will air live at 8:00 p.m. EST and be repeated at 12:00 noon December 8.

DNR staff members are scheduled to discuss the fall deer hunting season and upcoming snowmobile season, though the discussion is typically wide-ranging, based on viewer questions.

DNR staffers scheduled to appear include wildlife biologist Cody Norton, fisheries biologist Darren Kramer, conservation officer Grant Emery and Upper Peninsula trails coordinator Ron Yesney.

“Ask the DNR” is produced five times each year. Upcoming program dates include December 7, April 21 and May 17.
