Wednesday, June 14

—The Curtis Quilt Club meets at Curtis Library from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Quilters are welcome to bring a packed lunch. For additional information call Linda at 586-9411.

—The Curtis Baptist Church will hold Joy Club from 7:00 — 8:00 p.m.

—Youth Group at the Curtis Baptist Church will be held from 7:00 — 8:00 p.m .—A yoga class is offered at the Erickson Center at 10:00 a.m. No pre-registration is necessary. There is a fee for this class.

—The Erickson Center will host Open Mic Night in the Park with John Latini beginning at 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, June 15

—The Curtis Baptist Church will host its Men’s Breakfast at Stamper’s Northern Lakes Restaurant at 9:00 a.m.

—Bingo will be held at the Township Community Building. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. and Bingo will start at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Friday, June 16

—The Erickson Center and Chamberlin’s Ole Forest Inn will host the Above the Bridge Songwriter’s Weekend #1, an all-inclusive weekend workshop for songwriters, musicians and music lovers featuring award-winning musicians/ songwriters. This event will take place until Saturday, June 17 at 8:00 p.m. Contact Kelly Chamberlin at 586-6000 for more information.

—Bridge Club will be held at the Erickson Center from 1:00 — 5:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome.

Sunday, June 18

—The Lions Club will host an all-you-can-eat pancake and egg breakfast from 8:30 a.m. until 12:00 noon at the Curtis Community Building. Children ages 10 and under eat free with an adult.

Monday, June 19

—The Curtis Library has begun offering a weekly Origami Hour every Monday at 3:00 p.m. All are welcome to attend. This free program is open to all, from beginners to advanced.

—The Curtis Library will hold a book discussion on Victoria by Daisy Goodwin at 1:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to join.

Tuesday, June 20

—The Curtis Baptist Church will hold its Women’s Breakfast at the Triangle Restaurant at 9:30 a.m .—The Curtis Library will host author Paula VanderMey from 12:00 — 2:00 p.m .—“Indivisible Central U.P.,” a group of thoughtful and concerned citizens interested in current national events, will meet at 7:00 p.m. at Chamberlin’s Ole Forest Inn. All are welcome.
