Description of the mortgaged premises: Situated in Township of Pentland, Luce County, Michigan, and described as: Lot Seven (7) of Northland Estates Subdivision, except the East 33 feet thereof, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, Luce County Register of Deeds.

The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless determined abandoned in accordance with MCLA 600.3241a; or, if the subject real property is used for agricultural purposes as defined by MCL 600.3240(16).

MORTGAGE SALE –

Donald Osredkar and Lois Osredkar, husband and wife, granted a mortgage to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., S/B/M Chase Home Finance LLC, S/B/M to Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation, Mortgagee, dated June 21, 2001, and recorded on July 10, 2001, in Liber 120, on Page 187, Luce County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Twenty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Seventy- Nine Dollars and Twenty-Three Cents ($22,679.23).

Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the North door of the Luce County Government Building in Luce County, Michigan at 10:00 AM o’clock, on May 10, 2018 Said premises are located in Luce County, Michigan and are described as: Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 26, Town 46 North, Range 10 West, described as: Commencing at the intersection of the North line of the Newberry-Dollarville Road and the West line of said Section 26; thence East 182.7 feet along said North line to the Point of Beginning; thence North and parallel with the West line of said section a distance of 300 feet; thence East 90 feet; thence South and parallel with said West section line a distance of 300 feet to the North line of said Newberry Dollarville Road; thence West along said North line a distance of 90 feet to the Point of Beginning. The redemption period shall be 6 months from the date of such sale, unless abandoned under MCL 600.3241, in which case the redemption period shall be 1 month, or under MCL 600.3241a 30 days from the date of such sale, or 15 days from the MCL 600.3241a(b) notice, whichever is later, or extinguished pursuant to MCL 600.3238.
