MORTGAGE SALE – Jeremiah J. Harris and Angela M. Harris, Husband and Wife, granted a mortgage to Huntington National Bank, Mortgagee, dated December 17, 1997, and recorded on December 22, 1997, in Liber 00102, on Page 0177, and assigned by said mortgagee to Ditech Financial LLC F/K/A Green Tree Servicing LLC, as assigned, Luce County Records, Michigan, on which mortgage there is claimed to be due at the date hereof the sum of Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Eighteen Dollars and Twenty Cents ($16,118.20).

Under the power of sale contained in said mortgage and the statute in such case made and provided, notice is hereby given that said mortgage will be foreclosed by a sale of the mortgaged premises, or some part of them, at public vendue, at the North door of the Luce County Government Building in Luce County, Michigan at 10:00 AM o’clock, on July 5, 2018

Said premises are located in Luce County, Michigan and are described as: Lots 3 and 4 and the East 1/2 of Lot 2, Block 7, Town of Dollarville, according to the duly recorded plat thereof, Luce County Records. The redemption period shall be one year from the date of such sale, unless abandoned under MCL 600.3241, in which case the redemption period shall be 1 month, or under MCL 600.3241a 30 days from the date of such sale, or 15 days from the MCL 600.3241a(b) notice, whichever is later, or extinguished pursuant to MCL 600.3238.

If the above referenced property is sold at a foreclosure sale under Chapter 32 of Act 236 of 1961, under MCL 600.3278, the borrower will be held responsible to the person who buys the property at the mortgage foreclosure sale or to the mortgage holder for damaging the property during the redemption period.
